The Board would like to congratulate Mark Pendleton, owner of unit 202, as the newly appointed Board member for the 2021-2022 fiscal year. We appreciate Mark's interest in serving the community and look forward to working with him on all matters related to the betterment of Highland House. 

 

Additionally, as you may be aware, demolition on the roof has commenced. During a recent site visit, the engineers overseeing the project uncovered structural issues related to the roof trusses. They are working with the contractor to address those issues before the new roofing system is installed.
