Attention Owners & Guests - 

 

The Hot Tub is currently out of order due to an issue with the heat exchanger. Additionally, the Lochinvar factory was closed for an extended period of time due to COVID, therefore the lead times on parts is extensive (currently estimated at 8-12 weeks). Staff are actively searching for alternative solutions and will exhaust all other options to try to expedite the repair. In the meantime, owners and guests participating in Snowshoe's rental program can access Split Rock Pools. Management has reached out to Snowshoe Resort to see if the same accommodations can be made for all Highland House owners and their guests.
