Greetings Highland House Homeowners,

 

ONLY 37 DAYS UNTIL OPENING DAY!

 

As you know, Highland House is currently undergoing an interior upgrade that is moving along right on schedule. We are very pleased with the progress thus far and are anxiously awaiting to see the completed project! The interior project’s predominant focus is on the room levels with upgrades also being done to the tunnel level. Listed below is a breakdown of each floor as to the status of completion.

 

1st Floor:

Painting, Carpet, Lighting upgrade, wallpaper and paneling have all been complete. Rehanging of room signage is the only task outstanding on this floor.

 

2nd Floor:

Painting, paneling, lighting upgrade, and wallpaper have been completed. As of October 15th, half of the carpet has been laid and the rehanging of room signage is still pending.

 

3rd Floor:

Painting, paneling, lighting upgrade, and wallpaper have been completed. The carpet and rehanging of room signage is still pending.

 

4th Floor:

Painting, paneling, lighting upgrade, and wallpaper have been completed. The carpet and rehanging of room signage is still pending.

 

Tunnel:

The tunnel area has been taped off and wall repair and paint is in progress.
